Hello!
I’ve been a Mindfulness-Based Therapist for over 26 years. I’ve helped thousands of clients lower their stress and improve their lives.
For many years, I’ve led wellness and personal development groups. In addition, I’ve delivered over 250 workshops to more than 5,000 divorcing parents. I also taught a full-semester stress reduction course to over 5,000 university students at Indiana University.
I deliver a wide range of easy-to-learn and easy-to-practice wellness strategies to help you permanently improve your life!

How many months does the group last?
Enrollment is monthly. There are two meetings per month. You can attend as many meetings as you find helpful.
Do I get any content beyond the sessions?
Yes. Coaching participants get access to a variety of video modules that teach supportive material.
Do I need to start on a specific date?
No. The coaching group has rolling enrollment. As long as there is an open seat in the group (it’s capped at 6 participants), you can join.
Does it matter where I am located?
No. You can participate in the coaching group no matter where you live.
What if I miss a meeting?
Just pick up with the next meeting.
Are the meetings confidential?
Yes. Coaching sessions are private and confidential.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. Coaching sessions are not covered by insurance. You may be able to use your HSA if you have one. Consult your HSA rules for this. Jon does not submit any claims.
How do I know if this would be good for me?
