what types of goals can THERAPY address?
A variety of clinical issues can be treated including OCD, panic attacks, general anxiety, depression, grief, coping with chronic health issues or pain, and adjustment to complicated life changes.
WILL WE MEET IN PERSON?
Sessions take place on my secure telehealth video platform. You will receive a link to easily join via a phone, tablet, or computer.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER therapy?
I am in-network for Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United/UBH/UHC/UMR & Aetna. I can bill as out-of-network for other plans.
will i bill your insurance for you?
Fees are due at the time of service. I file some claims. On request, you will be provided with a receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
Typically people schedule sessions weekly. A scheduling plan will be worked out during your initial session.
