Insurance does not reimburse for coaching services.

Chronic pain causes chronic stress. Chronic stress makes pain worse and can contribute to challenging emotions of frustration and sadness. You will learn effective practices that improve your coping.
HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
The cadence of meetings is up to you. Typically people schedule sessions weekly or every other week. A scheduling plan will be worked out during your initial session.
WHAT IS THE FEE FOR COACHING SESSIONS?
Initial 75-minute intake session: $200
Subsequent 45-minute sessions: $130
